Grand Opening and 1st game of the Wisconsin Herd
On Dec. 1st, the Wisconsin Herd played their first game on a newly-constructed court. Using high-quality, sustainably-sourced lumber, MTE Wood provided the necessary resources to construct the Herd's brand-new court floor.
MTE has been involved since the very beginning of this project, which marks an ongoing partnership between the Menominee Nation and the Milwaukee Bucks, an affiliate of the Wisconsin Herd. The Wisconsin Herd's court is made of eco-friendly lumber straight from the Menominee Forest, bringing Wisconsin pride and heritage straight into the stadium.
Menominee Tribal Enterprises also supplies basketball court flooring lumber for the NCAA, NBA, and the Olympics.
