Menominee Tribal Enterprises is a proud supplier of building materials for LEED Green Certified building practices. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a comprehensive web of standards designed to ensure environmentally-responsible resource use in building practices.

In this way, the LEED program is in lockstep with the environmental attitudes historically expressed by the Menominee Tribe for generations.
LEED is a green building certification program focused primarily on new residential and commercial building projects with certifications based upon a points system. LEED recognizes best-in-class building strategies and practices, and to receive LEED green certification, building projects must satisfy these prerequisites.

MTE sells a variety of lumber and wood products to help qualify building projects for LEED Certification.
